. . . another great Spring trend i can't wait to try out are pastels. the combination of pastels are so girly and flirty that its hard not to want to wear them every once in a while. especially a great pair of pastel jeans or trousers with a crisp-colored white shirt. i'm definitely looking forward to getting a pair of mint and light coral jeans that will be super chic for spring and summer and add a fresh new dose of color to my closet.

. . .  while i've got some time on my hands i thought i would do a second blog post for the day! i have found yet more home inspiration and am ready to probably decorate my 100th house thanks to pinterest. at this rate i'm going to need a lot of home space to be able to mock all of this photos in my own home. so here are my latest home obsessions. (obsession doesn't even begin to really describe it) who knows, maybe you'll even find some inspiration for your own home, even with the littlest thing like stacking coffee table books a certain way.

. . .today is a special day. first of all, it's my mother's birthday so happy birthday! second of all, its exactly one month until my birthday! bring on the birthday month of april...(oh boy). so i thought it could be quite fun to create a little compilation of birthday gifts that i want this year and also some of the things i find i need this spring! although the items dont all follow spring trends, its still fun and i haven't made a polyvore creation in a while! brands, prices and descriptions can be found under the photo!
{From Left to Right}:
LK Design "Summer Breeze" bracelet . . . $490
I love this bracelet and it's perfect for spring! The mix of neon and clear diamante stones really bring out the sparkle and you can wear it from day to night easily.

Celine Luggage Bag in Black Leather and Suede
Although this bag is probably out of my price range (but not for long) I will continue to hope and pray that it will be in my hands sooner than later! I want one in every color but I think I will start with this simple and classic black leather and suede one. (Donations welcome)

Moon & Lola Monogram Necklace . . . $160
I want, I need, I must have a monogramed necklace. In large. In gold. Hopefully I'll be getting one for my birthday since it's on my wish-list for practically everybody! I'm not sure exactly why I'm so in love with these but they look beautiful on everyone I've seen wearing one and I must get one for myself!

Aspinal of London Travel Wallet . . . Range $139-189
I've become obsessed with Aspinal of London. Their leather products are so beautifully made and last such a long time, what else could you ask for? Oh wait, monogrammed initials? They do that too. I recently received the purple crocodile leather Passport Cover for Christmas and have only gotten to use it once, and I'm very sad about that. But on my list is the travel wallet to accompany it. In other color really. If you haven't check out Aspinal yet you should, they have everything from cosmetic cases to yearly planners to key chains to luxury handbags. And everything in between.

Prada Baroque Sunglasses in Black . . . $290
I've wanted these for months. Enough said? They are gorgeous and classy.

Current/Elliott "The Stiletto" Jean in Peach . . . $280
I want a pair of peach colored jeans (or coral) more than anything in this world! Not only is the color hot this spring but a pair of ankle cropped skinny jeans are right up my alley!

. . . florals are making a huge impression this spring and summer and I couldn't be more excited. I've already got my hands on a pair of floral trousers from H&M (pictured below) as well as a couple skirts and and shirts. I've never been a "girly girl" but I'm really loving this new trend, especially the mixing of floral prints. So take some inspiration from these photos and go out and buy yourself something, a little retail therapy never hurt anyone!

. . .  the week is half way over for those of you starving for the weekend! with a birthday coming up, i've been searching for the perfect gift and although i probably can't afford and won't get any of these bags this time around, a girl can still wish and pray, right?

. . . the art of stacking. some people are born with the gene and some well, aren't. stacking jewelry can be a tricky thing when first starting out and it's hard to keep it from looking 'messy'. i believe the trick is to start out with all delicate pieces or choose one chunky piece (even a watch) and accent it with smaller pieces. i've put together some photos for some awesome inspiration for anyone starting out on the stacking trend, whether it be with bracelets, rings or necklaces. (and check out the ombre nails in the first photo, o-m-g!)

. . . i've been thinking long and hard about whether or not to do a blog post on something green or some for saint patricks day but i've decided to go the complete opposite direction (although one of my photos does have green in it!) as spring and summer approaches the idea of crisp whites coming into forecast excite me! so as a tribute to my obsession with whites (in addition to black, always) i've put together some amazing photos that i've found on pinterest and fashion blogs of fashion, home decor and travel.

. . . now that i'm out of college and moving into the next phase of my life (the real world), i have become more aware of home decor and furniture. (also thanks to pinterest) i love the mixture of vintage, antiques with a little modern edge. there is something about filling a space with romantic pieces that gives me goosebumps, especially if it were a nice period flat in Chelsea or Kensington. anyways, enough about my dreams. .  here are some amazing decoration ideas that might inspire you to add some history into your decor. (p.s. how much do you love the floor in the first photo?!)
