Christmas may have passed but there's still one more holiday to get excited about: New Years Eve! And NYE is one holiday you have to look your sparkling best. Even though I have no plans (yet), I've put together some of my favorite items for this year's celebration.. for warm or cold weather (because here in South Florida, it will be about 80 degrees even though most of the world is cold)
I'm obsessing over these two dresses. The striped one is Lanvin while the black one is a Nina Ricci ruffle dress, both available at Barneys. While I normally stick to an all black ensemble and accessorize with sparkle, I'm loving this Lanvin cross neck dress. It is chic, sophisticated and stylish all at the same time.

My favorite trend right now is stacking vintage bangles. Not only is stacking a trend-at-large, but it will add some sparkle to your wrist without all the diamante rhinestones. Check out some of my favorites from House of Lavande Vintage. If you're not into stacking bracelets, why not try this single cuff from Valextra. With it's leather and gold 'X' detailing, it is sure to make a statement on your wrist.
If you're not into multiple bracelets or heavy earrings, why not try a simple pendant necklace like this one from House of Lavande's first Original Collection. It's tassels and diamante rhinestone are sure to add sparkle to any outfit.

Simple dresses call for extravagant accessories. I'm obsessing over the rockstar Valentino booties with stud detailing and leather bows. Can you imagine how amazing they would look with a black dress?! If there's a chance of chill in the wind, grab your favorite fur and throw it on for an elegant touch. Add some red lipstick and you're ready to party the night away!
